What happens to my tickets?
If you bought tickets for the 2026 performances before it was postponed, you do not need to take any action. Your tickets will remain valid for the 2027 shows (Thursday 5 February 2026, is now valid for Friday 26 February 2027, and Friday 6 February is now valid for Saturday 27 February 2027).

For customers who are unable to attend the new dates, please lodge your refund request here by Thu 15 Jan 2026. Requests received will be processed within 30 business days after the cut-off date or where the event is occurring in less than 30 days, the refund will be processed prior to the new event date.
Will the performance be in English?
No, AIDA will be performed in the original Italian, with English subtitles projected for the audience.
What time should I arrive?
To ensure correct management of the entrances and to avoid delays, the spectator is required to arrive at the Arena at least one hour before the start of the show.

Patrons arriving late may not be admitted into the venue until a suitable break in the performance. Latecomers may not be seated in their ticketed seat, but in an alternate area nearer an entrance where minimal disruption will be caused to seated attendees. This is at the discretion of the venue staff.
